Bakery Associates can provide Engineering Services to help in the installation or repair of equipment, troubleshooting or upgrading of existing equipment, or our annual oven inspection service. Below find a brief list of some of the services we can provide.


Oven PLC Control Systems. Systems can be as simple as zone temperature control or as sophisticated as a complete oven operation and control.
Supply components for repairing or upgrading your existing oven equipment. Replacement hearth chains, hearth plates or grids, chain support tracks, burners, fans, and other oven components can be provided.
Field supervision of existing oven repairs and/or rebuilds.
Troubleshooting of existing oven operation or baking problems. Our field engineering service has over 25 years of field experience diagnosing and solving complicated problems that others could not solve.
Annual oven inspection service. The inspection is a complete checkout of the oven safety system, combustion blowers, exhaust fans, recirculation (coloraider) fans, hearth drive system, temperature controllers and burners. All exhaust fan RPM and flow readings are taken for safety purge calculations and oven baking operation. A detailed report of the findings is provided to the Bakery. Often the findings in the report will forewarn upcoming or existing operation and baking problems.
